Good information, definitely points in the direction of what we, as believers, already know, but if you could take these various eucharistic miracles, do the same research, get the same results, haplotypes of a Palestinian Jew from 2000 years ago, well, at that point, I'd expect that you might have more than a few nonbelievers turning up at their nearest Catholic church, saying "Lord, I believe, please forgive me, please take me into your One True Church".
I'm reminded of the scene from All In The Family where Archie gets locked in his basement, thinks he is about to die, a black furnace repairman in overalls comes to rescue him, Archie looks up at him, and says "forgive me Lord, the Jeffersons was right!".
