To make a very long story short, I've been trying for 2+ months to get a confession, but every time I go to the only designated time (1 hour on Saturday), it ends up being canceled, or moved, or many other reasons I've been told. There is also no way to request one either. So I don't know what to do other than to keep trying, but I figure someone might be able to see something I missed, because I really do want to make a confession. It's really depressing that I can't. This is hard to write, I feel really dumb having to ask this.

Have you tried looking into the available Confessions times at other Parishes?

Or a religious order. They usually will provide confession on request. Or call the parish office and make an appointment. It's a pity that access to this important sacrament has to be made so difficult.

For religious orders, it may be easier at some than others. Any Benedictine (or Cistercian) monastery of men has several priests, and if you show up at the porter's desk and ask, one will be made available to hear your confession. It would probably be the same at any order or congregation of men.
At orders of women, if there is an assigned chaplain living in house, such as at the Benedictine nuns near Montreal, he will be willing to hear confessions depending on his availability (Friday mornings, for instance, he's likely to be unavailable as he will be hearing the confessions of the nuns... which brings to mind what can cloistered Benedictine nuns possibly have to confess? That sister Agnes coveted Sister Agatha's cookie at lunch?)
Other orders or congregations of women may only have a chaplain available at the time of Mass as he may reside off-site. Call ahead and check!

Well, unless you can truthfully swear before almighty God that you are absolutely certain that you are in a state of mortal sin, there is no need to agonize about the unavailability of Reconciliation.
It is frustrating not to be able to keep up a regimen of frequent confession (or even Mass), but we can always make an act of contrition alongside a home Liturgy of the Word or private Bible study. We can pray the Rosary, or even just the Jesus Prayer:
Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Living God, Have mercy on me, a sinner.

Is there a TLM Mass close by? They are still offering confession as usual, as far as I know.

I don't know that the form of the Mass makes a difference as to whether or not you can get a confession, pre or post lockdown. Nonetheless I am pretty sure that there aren't any TLM masses in this region at all. I see. In my area, the differance is that my local parish offers a drive thru confession once a week on a weeknight, which is near impossible for me. Pre-Covid is was twice a week in the Church. But the TLM parish always hears Confession in the Confessional during and after every Mass, for which I am very grateful since I have been unable to benefit from the one offered at my parish.
