Today in New Zealand 🇳🇿 it is our general election. Today, New Zealanders will elect our new government.
I will be voting for the first time, as last election I had not yet reached the age of majority.
It is very likely that the left-wing Labour Party which has ruled the country since 2017 will be voted out and replaced by a new government coalition led by the centre-right National Party, the libertarian ACT Party, and the populist-nationalist New Zealand First Party.
