It's true what the article says about many Anglicans not being familiar with the English Missal. After Vatican II most Anglo-Catholics followed the Catholic Church. Basically, they said if Rome does this so will we. Therefore, many altered the interior of their churches. They also adopted more or less the Roman Rite in its post-Vatican II form. There is one well-known Anglo-Catholic parish here calling itself the English Missal parish. I'm not aware of its use anywhere else.

That's because Wm. Knott & Son were its original publisher.
