And just to get this out of the way, "the First See is judged by no one" is merely a provision of canon law (CIC 1404) referring to the lack of judicial and legal appeal from a Pope's decisions. It has absolutely nothing to do with teaching of Catholic faith or morality. It is similar to stating that there is no judicial authority above the Supreme Court, mutatis mutandis.
