The (now) Auxiliary Emeritus is 76; we've been waiting for his successor for over a year.
Sowe're getting Pope Francis is sending us the rector of the Pontifical French Seminary in Rome. Msgr. Hérouard's episcopal ordination is scheduled for April 30th at the cathedral in Lille (Notre-Dame de la Treille).
Not sure there's much to discuss here - just wanted to say yippee
