Anyone familiar with the Chieti document?

Rome has admitted that she held no canonical authority over the Eastern Churches in the first Millennium.  It is interesting to see how these events unfold as the more time goes on, the more the Orthodox position seems to be correct, over the Roman Catholic one.  Thoughts?
