I was typing a response to a certain thread, had written a couple of paragraphs, then somehow I fat-fingered a key, don't know what I did, it took me to a file drop screen, then when I tried to recover what I'd written, >> poof! << it was completely wiped out, with no way to get it back! I'd worked on that for about ten minutes, I'm pressed for time tonight, and do not have time (nor inclination, rough day, probate issues) to regain and collect my thoughts, and write out the whole thing over again. That will have to wait.
Both CAF and St Isidore's Lounge came with the capability of being able to go back into a thread, and see your input, saved until you submitted it, in case you got sidetracked or managed to get yourself out of the screen by accident. Does CCS have anything like this?
In the meantime, I console myself with the thought, that it was not in God's Providence, that my content be preserved and published at that time. So be it.
But if there's a "magic bullet" I don't know about, I'd appreciate knowing that too, so that I won't lose content in the future.
Thanks in advance.

One potential solution is to create responses inside another text based program with a higher likelihood of recovering ‘lost text.’ The response box should accept a copy and paste of the original text
